TSI offers a variety of administrative services to client trusts:

    • HR services relating to the establishment and administration of employee benefit programs.
    • Assistance in the selection of a D&O insurance carrier for the client trust and trustees, negotiation of the premium and the scope of the D&O coverage, and the management of renewals and special coverage needs.
    • Assistance in issuing requests for proposal (“RFP”) to audit firms and evaluating proposals.
    • Meeting support for periodic trustee and other meetings.
    • Provide data and analysis for forecasting the number and kinds of future claims.
    • Provide data and analysis for the calculation of payment percentage.
